Our pizza is made with certified local flour: the wheat is grown and ground exclusively in the province of Ferrara, Bologna and Modena. The dough is left to rise for 24 hours before being used to ensure our pizzas are of top quality. Our pizzas are unique and tasty as we use top quality ingredients including both fresh “fior di latte” and Buffalo mozzarella, and San Marzano tomatoes.
Victoria Station’s kitchen offers typical and homemade Emilia Romagna pasta: classic tagliatelle, strozzapreti, gnocchi, paccheri and ravioli, along side durum wheat spaghetti.
Every day we grind and prepare our hamburgers with our special “Station Burger” recipe, using the best cuts of meat, crunchy onion, grilled bacon, original cheddar cheese and our special sauces, all served in a soft, fresh bread bun.
New to the menu: Our veggie-vegan burgers, with a choice of wheat-gluten, tofu or bean and vegetable burger, accompanied by rice mayonnaise and served in a soft sesame bun.
Our fresh salads are served with a traditional Romagnola flat bread (piadina). A “must” when eating at Victoria is our Caesar Salad: grilled chicken, Caesar sauce, bites of Grana cheese and crunchy croutons.
Straight off the Victoria Station grill come the best of Italian and Irish meats: fillet of beef with regional sea salt and rosemary, sirloin steak with cherry tomatoes and porcini mushrooms and a mixed grill served with roasted potatoes. These are just a few of the many “classics” meat dishes at Victoria!
